Although the meaning of Christmas has become trivial and shrunken into a massive gift-giveaway, I must say that my Christmas was great. It certainly did not feel like Christmas – it was 80 degrees out today. I got a new printer (an HP) which I needed terribly for my school work. It was so frustrating having to go back and forth to print out the stuff from my parents desktop in the other room. I would have to save my work, send it via email to my Mother’s email address and print it out from there.
I also got a handmade Chicago Bears blanket (go ahead and laugh. I like da Bears). If it were cooler outside you could bet I’d be under it right now. New PJ’s, jewelry, work clothes and a new bookbag to round out the whole deal and it was good to go.
I am actually exhausted and can not keep my eyes open any longer. I am off to bed and will post photos of the goodies tomorrow.
